Johnny's reminder
using template t3
82 year old Johnny had recently been diagnosed with early stage dementia. Whilst out at his local shopping centre he suffered mild concussion after a fall and became quite stressed.
Luckily, his daughter had created a uCardit for him to carry and the information on it enabled her to be contacted, and provided the emergency services with details of his condition and his prescribed medication.

Her mum tries to ensure that everyone knows about Chloes allergy, and it was an obvious choice to include on the back of a fun bag tag.
Transform your uCardit into a bag-tag using a holepunch and it's ready to tie on to your bag.

This template was perfect for listing her various ailments and medications. She liked the idea so much she got three copies - one for her purse, one to stick on the fridge, and one for her daughter to carry! .
She hopes it will never be needed - but it's reassuring that it's in her purse, on the fridge, with her daughter.........
